Online Registration Guideline
Please
read this guideline carefully before you start the on-line registration through
http://icho2006.kcsnet.or.kr: Note that the online registration is only
available during the following period.
- Preliminary Registration: March 30 ~ April 30, 2006
- Provide
the personal information of all official members of your delegation.
- Final Registration: May 1 ~
May 30, 2006
- Provide
the information on flight and accommodation of the participants.
- Online
Registration Procedure
1.
Click the “Online Registation”
button on the left of the IChO-2006 homepage
(http://icho2006.kcsnet.or.kr).
2.
Enter the Country ID and
Password provided through e-mail
from the IChO-2006 Office.
The
Country ID is consisted of the three-letter country code combined with the
following code
for the role of the participant.
HM:
Head mentor M:
Mentor
SO:
Scientific Observe G1~G20:
Guest
S1~S4:
Participating Students
The
above codes should be assigned to each participants by the country coordinator.
The
four digit password can be modified once you log on to the registration system.
3.
Fill out the necessary boxes.
Please
update the data as often as you want during the registration period.
The
computer generated letter will be sent to your e-mail address whenever you make
any changes.

20, 2006.

Registration and Participation Fees
The
registration fees for the official delegation (mentors and students) are
determined by various factors. Please check the exact amount through the
IChO-2006 Office.
Each scientific
observer and/or guest is required to pay US $1,500 in advance, for the
meals, accommodations and other expenses during the official period of the
IChO-2006. All participants are responsible for their trip to and from the
official airport of the IChO-2006.
The
invoice for the registration and/or participation fees can be obtained
from the IChO-2006 Office at secretary@icho2006.kcsnet.or.kr.
